Welcome to Trade Masters Lab. By purchasing or accessing any product or service, including the Multi Source Suite (MSS) on TradingView, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Use of Service

Upon successful purchase and manual activation, you will be granted access to the MSS Strategy and Indicator for one (1) TradingView account per subscription. Access is non-transferable unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your TradingView username during checkout. Access typically takes up to 24 hours post-payment confirmation.

2. License Type

Personal Use: Subscriptions are intended for individual use. You may not use MSS to manage funds or signals for others without permission.

Commercial Use: If you are trading on behalf of others (e.g. clients, firms) or using MSS in a business or professional setting, you must obtain a commercial license. Please contact us for details

3. Intellectual Property

All content, scripts, and tools provided via MSS are proprietary to Trade Masters Lab. You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of our product.

Violation of this clause will result in termination of access and may result in legal action.

4. Subscription & Payment

We offer both monthly and annual subscription plans. All purchases are processed via our secure third-party provider, LemonSqueezy.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.

5. Refund Policy

As per our Refund Policy:

Monthly plans are non-refundable once access is granted.
Annual plans are refundable within the first 7 days, minus one month’s standard fee. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.

Chargebacks initiated outside these terms will be disputed with the payment provider.

6. No Financial Advice

The MSS scripts are not financial advice. They are tools for technical analysis and trade management. All trading involves risk. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

7. Account Suspension & Misuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our products without notice in cases of:

Abuse or misuse of the product,
Unauthorized sharing or distribution,
Inappropriate behavior, including defamatory public statements without prior contact for resolution.

We encourage all users to reach out to support before posting public feedback. We’re here to help.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
