Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscribers enjoy the flexibility to manage their subscriptions with ease. You can cancel or modify your monthly subscription at any time directly through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent months. Please note that monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged for the current billing period. This policy allows us to maintain the integrity and continuous provision of our services.
Annual Subscriptions
For our annual plan subscribers, we offer a specific refund window to ensure your peace of mind. A refund can be requested within the first seven (7) days of your initial annual billing date. To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team within this 7-day period. Upon approval, the refund amount will be processed, with a deduction equivalent to one month’s standard charge. This deduction covers administrative costs and the value of services rendered during the initial period. After the initial 7-day window, annual subscription fees are non-refundable. We encourage our annual subscribers to thoroughly evaluate our service within this period to ensure it meets their needs.
